We have made every effort to answer all the most common questions here. We are not a personalized rental service or real estate agent, and cannot offer you specific assistance on locating an apartment other than the general information provided here.
You must complete the RentalGuide.com Renter Rewards program registration prior to contacting the property.
You must sign a lease with a property you found using RentalGuide.com. Your name must appear on the lease as an occupant. You must maintain residence there for over 30 days
When you view the property make sure you let the leasing anent know that you found their listing through RentalGuide.com. Most properties require that you fill out a guest registration card or application, be sure and note "RentalGuide.com" in the "How did you hear about us?" section.
You must mention to the property at the time of your visit that you "found them on RentalGuide.com"
The property must have been listed on Rental Guide.com during the time you were a registered user.
Our web logs must indicate that your RentalGuide.com user account viewed the property for which you submit a rewards claim.
You will not qualify for a reward under the following conditions:
You did not view the property on our site.
You are a current tenant of the property or have previously been under lease with this property or any other property owned or managed by the same company.
Employees (past or present) of the property, renters referred by current residents do not qualify. RentalGuide.com Renter Rewards cannot be combined with any other offer or program.
Website usage is tracked by RentalGuide.com and we must be able to confirm that you viewed the property prior to signing a lease. We will verify your claim with our records and with the property to confirm that rentalguide.com was the source of the lease.
Deadline: You must reside in the property for 30 days to qualify. Your claim must be submitted with 60 days from lease commencement.
Please allow at least six weeks from the date your claim is received for RentalGuide.com to process your claim.

The Terms and Conditions below shall govern the use of all material published in print and online by Guide Publishing Group, Inc. – A California Corporation.
Advertiser: By entering into this Rewards Advertising Agreement, Rental Guide.com and Rental Guide Magazine (hereby know as RentalGuide.com) agrees to publish rental information as provided by Advertiser.
The Rewards Advertising Agreement will commence on the date the vacancy is first published online or in print.
Advertiser will pay $300 to RentalGuide.com per executed lease agreement as a result of Lessee (tenant) using RentalGuide.com.
In order to qualify for the RentalGuide.com Renter Rewards Program Lessee shall have 90-days from lease date to notify RentalGuide.com that they have successfully entered into a lease of 90 days or more with Advertsier. Once RentalGuide.com has verified the lease with Advertiser, RentalGuide.com will issue the property an invoice for $300. Once paid, RentalGuide.com Rewards will issue rewards check of $150 to the Lessee (tenant).
Advertiser acknowledges that RentalGuide.com provides an advertising service only and does not represent itself in any way as a real estate agent, brokerage, legal firm or any other professional service.
Publisher may elect to cancel this Rewards Advertising Agreement if advertiser is not acting in good faith. Advertisers may withdraw listing from RentalGuide.com at any time with written notice. A minimum of 30-Days may be required to remove advertised listing from Rental Guide Magazine. Upon cancellation, advertiser agrees to pay all monies owed for all leases secured by RentalGuide.com during the period commencing on the date the vacancy is first published in print or online and 90 days from the date written notice is received from the Advertiser by RentalGuide.com.
Rental Guide.com is responsible for the website only and does not represent the property or owners in any matter. RentalGuide.com shall not be held responsible for any disputes or resulting legal action between advertiser and Lessee. All real estate advertised on this website is subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act of 1968 which makes it illegal to advertise any preference, limitation, or discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, family status or nation origin or intention to make any such preference, limitation, or discrimination. We will not knowingly accept any advertisement that is in violation of the law.
